500 Lire with Braille

I have an Italian Coin that has a bronze middle and an acmonital outside. Mine was minted in 1982. "500 Lire" is also written on the back in braille...As I understand, this is the world's first coin to include braille and I was wondering if anyone knew of a value for this coin?????
