Scam, avoid like the plague. Typically you have to pay $88 or $98 per roll for a "vault release fee" to get each "free" $50 roll.
One, there is no such thing as a vault release fee.
Two, as they say themselves you can't get these ballistic rolls anywhere else. Guess why. Because they make them up themselves.
Three, since they make them up themselves they can make sure that no really high grade coins, errors, plain edges, doubled edges, clips etc get into any of the rolls.
What this means is that you stand a better chance of getting something good by buying two $25 rolls from your local bank for $50 than by getting a "free" searched 50 coin roll that you pay $98 for.
