I had a subscription to the $1 coins, and quickly realized that I can find better BU coins in a bank roll. obviously they take no effort to use choice coins, they get rolls just like you and I can at the bank Monday through Friday, and sell each and every coin in the roll without even looking at them. my subscription was for a little under $3 per coin which would have been okay for exceptional coins. I was criticized in my circle of coin collectors for using the company but since I already signed up I decided to give them a chance to prove themselves. I decided to cancel my subscription after three strikes. strike one was an obvious fingerprint smudge on an en capsuled coin. strike two a was coin capsule had several ugly stress cracks. strike 3 was a coin backwards in the capsule so the tails side was shown when put into the holder, BTW the capsules are very difficult to open without sending the coin flying. I found it very frustrating to cancel my order as they never provided any number in which to get in touch on any of the paperwork or on their website. after some online research I found their mother company UniSyn which the website provided a corprate number and 3 transfers and some holding later I was talking to a CSR. Interestingly her first question was "how did you get this number?" I have found in my experience that employees will bend over backwards as soon as you bring up the words "corporate office". she was helpful to give me a refund, minus shipping ($15) and cancel my order. But I still got to keep the 8 free coins from their add in the paper so Im really only out $7. I still have the holder books but they are useless without their special holders. I have a new plan for collecting dollar coins, go to the bank and buy a new roll. I can only get Denver mint at my bank, but fortunately for me my uncle in Michigan also collects coins and he can only get Philadelphia mint rolls at his bank. so every time a new roll comes out I buy four rolls and mail him two, and he does the same and mails me two and it works out great. I carefully go through all 25 coins in a roll, pick out 5 or so choice coins, I have no problem finding a few relatively scratch free coins with excellent eye appeal above the others, as I said before they are better than the coins I was getting from World reserve monetary exchange. I keep one roll in tact for later, and then I enjoy peoples reactions when I spend the rest. I also found I get more satisfaction from collecting because I know I get Choice coins hand picked by me not by some minimum wage employee at a no name company.
