I placed an order last July and did not receive the coins. I called and was told they would be sent the end of August. They weren't. They double billed me on my September Visa account, and I still hadn't received the coins, so I called and told them to refund my money and cancel the order. They claimed I was not double charged, so I had to fax them a copy of my Visa bill. The following month they charged my Visa account again, even though I had told them to cancel the order. I still haven't received the coins, so I contacted my Visa account and put the charge in dispute. My Visa company reversed the charges, but just yesterday another charge was put through by World Reserve Monetary Exchange on my Visa. Apparently when they get your Visa number they think they can just keep charging and charging, without ever sending the coins. I opted to close the account so that they can't charge me any more. What a hassle!
