mis - struck nickle

Hello all. I have had this mis-struck nickle since 1999 and I have no idea how much it is worth. I have seen people say anywhere from 1-50 dollars. I think it is from the D mint. (Please forgive me as I THINK that means Deleware but I am not sure!) I can also make out issued in 1999. Anything else you need to know, just ask! Thank you!
