: I jsut recieved an advertisement from them today. The telephone # listed is 1-800-326-3142. Hope this helps.
: I ordered state quarter collection from WRME and they missed giving one of the coins. Every time I call I get the run around on that its a different department until I get transferred to a voice machine that takes my name, number and issue. Only for them to never call me back and when I call them back I wait for hours on the phone with the same scenario happening. Now the number I have for them I call and it has been busy 24/7 for the past week.

Wow, I had no idea so many people were put out with WRME! I am one of them, too! WRME has been hitting my account with odd amounts of debits and guess what, I have nothing in my hands!I've been getting the same run around, can't speak to a person, 3 hour wait time, oh yeah, and "we'll return your call in 2 hrs. 13 mins and 47 seconds. No call comes.
However, thanks to the 800 number posted today,I just spoke to JAMES at WRME (800-326-3142)and it is 19:50 hrs here. He tells me I will be contacted within a couple of days for the reimbursement process.
We'll see, won't hold my breath.
In the meantime, I am headed to my bank tomorrow to impose a rejection on WRME and the company who they operate under, Uni-Syn (Universal Syndications Inc.)
Further info is Uni-Syn can be contacted at:
custserv@uni-syn.com
Uni-Syn

VP: John Thomas White
Advertising VP: Laura Fish
I called the number above, got the company directory for Laura Fish and left her a message. I do not know how far this will go BUT if they are the controlling company for WRME, they will surely get tired of po'd cutomers of WRME calling.
What a shiester this WRME is! Give a warning to all !
