I have just got the presidential coins for free and the frame. Looks rather nice but the service for their customer service is terrible. 3 hour wait times and even a hang up came my way. When asked to deduct the full amount from my bank account, they said no problem. I'm still waiting for that transaction to occur.....after a month!
Anyone else in that category?
