I have had a different experience with the World Reserve Monetary Exchange.
I have been billed $18 per month for 6 months, yes, but I regularly receive the new $1 presidential coins (as they are minted).
I will be billed a total of 9 times (9 months x $18 = $162) and receive forty such coins, when all is said and done.
I will continue to receive these coins as they are minted, until the year 2016 -- even though I will stop being billed in 3 months (again, having already been billed 6 times).
It is true that I could buy these coins directly from the U.S. Mint. But the Mint is charging $5.95 per coin (I'm attaching link below). If I were to buy all 40 coins -- and the price were never to go up -- that would be $238, compared to the $162 I am spending.
However, having read all of these negative comments, I will certainly track my credit card statements very closely, with an eye on WRME. I also plan to call my credit card company preemptively, to let them know that there have been customer complaints about World Reserve Monetary Exchange.
That said, if I weren't already receiving coins from WRME, I would NOT choose to do business with them, based on the comments I've seen here. I just called them and they WILL put you on hold for two hours! That level of customer service is unacceptable and of course, any hint of credit-card fraud is unacceptable.
My advice (for what it's worth): maybe stick with the Mint. Regards.
