We ordered the full set ( 40 over 10 years) of coins last fall (07). I rec'd the first few and was surprised as to the amount of money that they were drafting. I'm not sure how much the difference is between what they took and what I thought was going to be taken but I'm going to investigate it. They were issuing coins faster than I thought they would and My bank balance was hit several times but my spouse was continuously giving me reasons for it that related to WRME. In Jan we were issued the first coins all over again and avter the second coin arrived I called to get a return label for the packages. That was three weeks ago. I have spoken to their reps 3 times about this and nothing has changed. I have not been able to speak to any Cust. Serv. Supervisors, nor have any changes taken place. Last week they blamed the phone wait on the storms, I told them I did not have the time to be on hold for 45 min. and he said "this is a toll free number". Who has a landline anymore? Who at work has 45 min to be on hold? I have just discovered these comments about the company, and I will be disputing the latest charges and If they don't return my call in the morning. I will cancel my credit card and get the coins elsewhere. Ten years of this, Are they kidding? Apparently not! Check out what happened to them with minesotta. link below
