You have what's called an "off-center strike(*)". It happens when a coin blank lands outside the collar that normally holds it in place in the press, so it's not aligned when the dies come together.
Off-center strike values depend in large part on the amount of the coin's image that's visible. Some rough retail prices that I've seen for quarters:
80% visible - about $5
60% visible - about $30
10% visible - about $100
(*) FWIW, the words used to describe how coins are made are "struck" or "minted". "Stamped" is used for industrial things like spoons and fenders. I don't know why; it's just the way the terminology has developed.
: I have a 2007 Montana Quarter that the stamp was off center and I'm wondering if it is a common find or a rare find?
