I guarantee that if I sent them the money they would happly send the "for wyoming residents only" quarters to me in Indiana. This company is running the same type ad in ALL of the states that have already had state quarters issued. There is no shortage of ANY of the state quarters and most dealers will supply any of the states for around $11.50 a roll. There is nothing "special" about the ones that company is selling
