I have since sent the coins and frame back to them accompanied with a nice letter explaining how the BBB would be interested in learning about their business dealings. They didnt charge me for it, even when I asked them to take the full amount out and the wait times on phone are just pathetic and so is the email. I dont believe that they are that busy. Watch their website, it changes every month.I would cancel with them because they are a scam and they should be shut down. I have traced their misdealings way back to 1996. I'd make darn sure that they wont touch my bank account again. These guys are not to be trusted
