Last week they blamed the phone wait on the storms, I told them I did not have the time to be on hold for 45 min. and he said "this is a toll free number". Who has a landline anymore? Who at work has 45 min to be on hold? I have just discovered these comments about the company, and I will be disputing the latest charges and If they don't return my call in the morning. I will cancel my credit card and get the coins elsewhere. Ten years of this, Are they kidding? Apparently not! Check out what happened to them with minesotta. link below

Everyone!! Do yourself the biggest of favors. SEND THE STUFF BACK. cancel your subscription and send it back to them. hopefully with the influx of people sending their gear back, they might get the hint. Shop elsewhere
