As noted, there is NO US Mint known as the "Olde New England Mint" thus they're mnot coins and they're only value is the metal they're made from and perhaps some "curiosity" value. Keep in mind the term "proof" as related to coins generally refers to the method of manufacture, noting else. Proof coins are more carefully made and thus displsy greater detail, but the metal they're made from could be almost any metal alloy whether suitable for circulating coinage or not.

: Well for starters they are NOT coins they are privately made tokens/medallions. As such there really is no interest or demand from coin collectors. So the only value they would have is whatever the metal they are made from is worth. And a great many of these things like that from these private mints are just gold or silver plated base metal. If the composition and fineness of the metal isn't marked on the tokens, they are probably just plated.
