1964 Nickel (Wow) Need Help

I opened up my proof set looking for something else and low and behold A camio Nickel.. What is weird is that the building on the back and the face on the front are gold tone and the rest Silver. Has any one heard of this???? I think this is extremly rare!!

Please any help would be great (Still in plastic)
