1985 misprint one dollar bill

I have a new 1985 G series one dollar bill which is misprinted. The seals and serial #s are upside down and reversed. The top part of the bill shows part of the bottom boarder and the bottom of the the bill is partially cut off. Can anyone tell me if this bill is of special value.
