I placed an order and within 2 minutes called and canceled. This company told me my order was canceled but they charged my account this was in march. They said they sent the item which i never recieved and every time i call to have my money refunded i get the same line ok mrs. walden you should get your refund with 5-7 days, i have heard this 7 times and the last time i was told within 72 hours. That time has come and gone and i still have not been refunded the money this company stole from me. Just to let anyone know who would play an order just be aware they will take your money but not give it back. I also want to let others know when you do speak to a manager they will also lie and say they will process your refund and yet customers do not get the money back that was stole from them
