--i worked for this company- in the call center and customer service dept.. not all customers have bad experiences, but most do. its a private company out to make money...there is a company that has the exact same products literally 3 blocks down from this one, and their products are nicer. they have a million different names that makes it hard to track, and they change it all the time. the main number is 3309669000, however i dont kno how helpful that is. they will just transfer you anyway...i would agree with most- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
