misstruck Lincoln penny

I received a 1968 Lincoln penny that is missing the "tails" side of the coin. Also, that side of the coin is missing the raised rim. The heads side looks perfectly normal. I've seen many references to type one and two blanchets but none like what I have. Any ideas as to approximate value?
