Now that we're past various orthographic challenges, it's safe to say it's not a real Mint product, but a privately-made novelty piece.
Without knowing what metal it's made of, it's pretty difficult to give a value. However if the case doesn't indicate that it's some sort of mini gold piece, it's likely to be just base metal plated with either real gold or a brass alloy that looks like gold. Even if the plating is real gold there's so little of it on the "coin" that it would have almost no intrinsic value.
: I have a tiny penny that says 1909-1932 or 1982. LOOKS [Look's] like gold but I see lots of SCRATCHES [scrachs] or CRACKS [crack's]. Size about 1/4 to 3/8 inch. any ideas what it is worth. In round plastic case with foam. Thanks, John
