Looking at the FMV prices posted off the home page on this site, retail ranges from around $150 in G4 (very worn) condition up to $300 in MS60 (bottom rung of uncirculated state). So definitely DOC.

Plus for other years, DOMM (Depends on Mint Mark) and possibly even DOD (Depends on Design), LOL!
