: Hello Coin Club,
: I have recently bought a small collection of coins here in the UK and I am in the process of sorting them out. 
: In the collection are a couple of old USA coins. One is an 1827 1c and the other is a large 1804 coin that I think is supposed to be a Dollar.
: I've just started doing some research on the internet on both coins. The search for the 1804 coin is throwing up all sorts of stuff about it being a very rare coin. So I have decided to try and contact coin experts in the USA to find out a bit more. 
: I'm guessing I have some kind of copy, but I would appreciate your opinion. Would it be ok to send you a jpeg of the coin?
