Misstruck Dime

My son found a misstruck dime. The back is perfect, but the front image is very "blurred" and you can barely make out the immage. In the center of the front is a small circle with perfect detail of Roosevelt's ear and part of his face/hair. Any thoughts on whether it has value? Thx.
