A die cap error occurs when one planchet sticks in the press and metal flows around it over the course of multiple strikes, forming something that resembles a bottle cap.
If your coin doesn't have any evidence of brockage, it could still be the result of a single strike where the planchet got stuck and acted as an anvil. However if there's also evidence of a positive (non-mirror) image on the side that's backwards, it could have been made by someone who hammered a second cent against it. But without seeing the coin it would be difficult to say which it is. My advice would be to call around to see if there's a local dealer who specializes in error coins and have it examined in person.
: I found a penny tails on both sides one is normal the other is a mirror image is this worth anything?
