Thanks for the information. Not for sure where to go to have it appraised but sure will look into it. Thanks again
: There are a couple of ways this can happen. However in any case you'll need to have the bill appraised in person by an expert in currency errors.

: If the printing is in reverse (like a mirror) you may have what's called an offset error. That happens when a sheet of paper gets stuck and the press that was supposed to print a set of bills, instead goes through one cycle empty. That transfers ink to the impression cylinder, and the ink then ends up on the wrong side of the next few sheets of paper that goes through the press. True offset errors can retail for about $200.

: If the printing is normal (not a mirror image) it could be a flipover error. That happens when a sheet of paper is accidentally turned over before being fed into the press so the images intended for one side are printed on the other. Flipovers are scarcer and can retail for in excess of $300.

: : I have a 1995 dollar bill where the ink from the front is printed to the back. I can see all the head on the back, and only 1 corner from the front can not be seen on back. Can someone tell me where I can find out if this is worth anything. I have found bits and pieces of information, asking someone with EXPERIENCE [experiance] helps make the frustrations FEWER [less]. Thanks
