Jeff, you are correct...it is a 1963 series and there is NO seal on this bill, nor serial numbers anywhere...do you know how how I can find a currency error handler or appraiser anywhere in the Biloxi Ms. or even Mobile area. Nothing is listed in phone book in my state :-(.. Or does anyone else know the value of this bill.
