: Unfortunately I'm only familiar with the mid-Atlantic region.  I'm surprised there's nothing in the phone book under "Coins and Currency Dealers" or similar. You might try an internet search with those keywords plus some town names. In any case you'd want to find a couple of people who deal in error currency so you could get competing bids. I'm more knowledgeable about coins than about bills so I wouldn't feel competent to try to assign a value to your item but based on other error listings it might go in the low 3-digit range.

: : Jeff, you are correct...it is a 1963 series and there is NO seal on this bill, nor serial numbers anywhere...do you know how how I can find a currency error handler or appraiser anywhere in the Biloxi Ms. or even Mobile area. Nothing is listed in phone book in my state :-(.. Or does anyone else know the value of this bill.
