Do you mean one side is from a dime and the other side is from a penny? If so, you have a novelty item made by cutting two coins in half, then hollowing out one side of the penny so that the dime pops into it like a Tupperware cover.
They're a less-common cousin to those two-headed (or two-tailed) magicians' coins that occasionally pop up in change after someone spent them. No interest to collectors, and no numismatic value, but an intriguing conversation piece to show to someone who's not familiar with how coins are made.
