1933 St. Gaudens $20 copy w/serial no.

Son-in-law has acquired 3 copies of the 1933 St. Gauden's $20 coin. All 3 have "E Pluribus Unum" under the United States of America, instead of "Twenty Dollars". They all have the word "copy" at the bottom with the serial number under that.
Are these any different or of anymore value than the ones selling for $12.95??
