You might have either what's called a "flipover" error or an "offset" error. Is the extra printing in a mirror image, or is the lettering readable normally? That information might help determine what kind of error it is. Regardless, either error might bring in excess of $100 depending on the quality of the bill, but you'd need an in-person professional inspection to get an accurate valuation.
